(a Paul Allen company); SVP and CEO for Koll Development Company in Shanghai; and SVP and Partner for Koll Real Estate Group in Seattle, WA. Registered architect. MBA, Wharton School.

J. Coert Voorhees
J. Coert Voorhees: Vice-President

25 year career in diverse businesses including 18 years in commercial real estate. Notable business includes Managing Director of Capital Markets at Pacific Security Capital; North American General Manager for ASEAN Trading, a Hong Kong based trading house; and Project Manager for Satulah Group, now LaSalle Partners. Coert has a diverse background completing nearly 300 transactions in all major asset classes. BS in Urban Geography, University of Utah.

Bernard Hansen
Bernard Hansen: VP-Finance

35 years of diverse business experience including 16 years with three large financial institutions. Financed wide variety of commercial quality real estate exceeding $3B with projects throughout the U.S. Notable real estate experience includes 9 years managing two regional offices for Citicorp that included 3 years focused on workouts throughout the Southeastern U.S. Also active in financing other businesses. Steve Voorhees
Steve Voorhees: Director

30 year career in various businesses with a focus on development of renewable energy projects. Founder/CEO of Ridgeline Energy, which developed 390 MW of wind energy projects before being sold profitably to Veolia, a large French company. Active investor in technology businesses and commercial real estate projects.

Ben Lukes
Ben Lukes: Project Manager

Graduated from the University of Washington’s Master of Science in Real Estate program in 2015 and immediately began working with JCMV as a project manager. Previous experience includes time at the University of Washington’s Real Estate Office, 7+ years in architectural consulting and drafting on a range of product types, and 10+ years in residential construction.
